1. Scope of Service
TORTON GmbH provides premium chauffeur and transportation services for private and business clients within Switzerland and internationally. All services are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
A booking is only confirmed once explicitly accepted by TORTON GmbH.
The client is responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup time, location, number of passengers, and luggage.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
Airport Transfers: Fixed rates to Zurich. Transfers outside Zurich are individually priced based on distance and duration.
Hourly Services: Charged per hour with a minimum booking duration of 2 Hours.
Waiting Time: May be charged after a grace period of 15 min.
Payment methods may include credit card, online payment links (e.g. Stripe), bank transfer.
Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe (typically 7–14 days for corporate clients).
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 24 hours before service: no charge
Cancellation within 24 hours: up to 100% of fare may be charged
No-show: full fare charged
For larger bookings or events, different cancellation terms may apply.
5. Waiting Time
Airport pickups: up to 60 minutes free after landing
Other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time
Additional waiting time is charged according to the applicable hourly rate.
6. Flight Monitoring (Airport Transfers)
Flight arrivals are monitored in real time. Pickup times are adjusted accordingly for delays or early arrivals.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Respect Swiss laws and regulations
Not smoke, consume illegal substances, or damage the vehicle
Ensure appropriate behavior of all passengers
The client is liable for any damage or excessive cleaning required.
8. Luggage & Capacity
The client must ensure that luggage quantity and size are within the vehicle’s capacity. TORTON GmbH reserves the right to refuse transport if safety is compromised.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
TORTON GmbH is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures.
10. Liability
TORTON GmbH maintains appropriate insurance in accordance with Swiss law.
Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent. Personal belongings are transported at the client’s own risk.
11. Subcontracting
TORTON GmbH reserves the right to assign bookings to trusted partner companies while maintaining the agreed service standards.
12. Data Protection
Client data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.
13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TORTON GmbH, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Amendments
TORTON GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
